Welcome!  Liz Pollock has owned the Cook's Bookcase since 2007, specializing in Unique Books and Ephemera on Cookery and Wine.  She is a member of the BCC - the Book Club of California; IOBA - The Independent Online Booksellers Assoc.; a sustaining member of the JLSJ - the Junior League of San Jose and the California Certified Green Business Network. Liz and her family live in a restored California Craftsman Bungalow in the beautiful coastal town of Santa Cruz.
